1. Service Provider

Calheta Taxi is the public-facing brand operated by GORGEOUS FORMULA, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Portuguese single-member limited company incorporated on 22 July 2026. Antonio Coutinho is the company's sole owner and manager and handles customer bookings and rides.

The website describes pre-booked airport taxi transfers, local rides, levada transport and private guided taxi tours. Attraction tickets, trail guiding, package travel and services supplied by other operators are separate unless the booking confirmation states otherwise.

Bookings are arranged directly by phone or WhatsApp. The website does not accept bookings or payments.

2. Bookings

• A booking exists only after the company confirms the requested date, time, route and price
• Antonio will confirm the service details directly with you
• Please provide accurate contact details and pickup information
• For airport taxi rides, please provide your flight number so Antonio Coutinho can track delays

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR)
• The price and payment method are confirmed directly before the service
• Website prices are guides until Antonio confirms your request
• The final confirmation must state whether VAT is included or otherwise applicable
• No payment is collected through this website

4. Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation deadline, fee or refund condition must be stated in the booking confirmation
• Contact Antonio as soon as possible if your plans change
• To cancel, contact Antonio Coutinho via WhatsApp or phone
• Mandatory consumer rights under Portuguese law are not excluded

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Inform Antonio Coutinho of any special requirements in advance
• Children must use appropriate car seats (available on request)
• No smoking in the vehicle
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings

6. Driver Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle
• Arrive at the agreed time (allowing for traffic conditions)
• Track flights for airport taxi rides and adjust for delays
• Treat all passengers with courtesy and respect

7. Liability

Traffic, weather, road closures and other events outside the company's reasonable control may affect a confirmed ride. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where Portuguese law does not permit that exclusion or limitation. The final production terms must be reviewed for the company's applicable transport, insurance and consumer-law obligations.

8. Scenic Rides

• Route plans are flexible and can be adjusted during the trip
• Specific weather conditions cannot be guaranteed
• Some viewpoints may be closed due to conditions
• Food and entrance fees are not included unless specified

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be handled by the competent Portuguese courts, without removing any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection right available to the customer.
